11:49 am	Poem Obsession of mine, object of my hate. Like destiny, fortune is thy brother. Bound like second skin, damned is my fate. My name is Oedipus with my mother Thy eyes are crusted cauldrons of cool'd lard Red with my mutual disposition. Mouth fill'd with yellow tombstones.Yellow and hard Was the sneer it shoots as ammunition Thou hast wrong'd me when outhers desrve right. Ironic that you loath me as I you. Only as Hammlet may i win this fight. To slay one would be to destroy two. Post thought, from this window I walk away. The curtain closes on another day. First quatrain: The Author is speaking of someone he hates obssesivley. He cannot escape this person. Lit. devices: Line 4 there is an extended metaphor comparing the person to fate, and therefore is inescapeable. the similie on line2 also capares the person to fate. THere is an allussion in line4 to Oedipus and his mother and how they were consumed by fate. Second quatrain: He speaker is talking about the compulsive appearence of the person who also hates the speaker. Lit. Terms: there is alliterin the first line,"Crusted cauldrons of Cold". 9:49 pm	The fairies that live in my eyebrow on mondays and in my ears on wensdays So I have realized that Tv controls us. Not theough our eyes but through our ears. THink man think. comercials don't have alot of money to make good digital effects or actors. and everyoen assumes that the actors are faking it anyways. Damnnn fakers. 9:35 pm	well lets dust this puppy off So man its been a lllllooooooooooonnnnnnnnngggggggg time. to much has happened to catch up on but hey it happens. so im gonna start all over again. Im dave my life is one giant sitcom and thats they way i like it. if it gets boring , i open up a can of worrms and here we are. 12:21 am	im back in black ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok! i got back from band camp and school is on its way. um nothing too interesting is going on. cept i got a scottish claymore and its so sweet. its a 4 foot long sword used to take down calvery. if you didnt know this swords and armor are my thing. being a black smith is my dream job but that will never happen. besides that im still a little swore from band camp and still trying to get a hang of the tenors. besides that life is mostly good. and right now im watching aqua teen hunger force.which is horribly and sweetly random at the same time. ok im done for know see all yall later leave a comment yo Current Mood: blah blah blibbiddy blah (Comment on this)

10:54 pm	band camp is coming tomarrow starts band camp. so in the next three weeks when i have my nextentry i should have dropped a few lbs and be significantly more sunburned. so thats cool but still alot of work. Then i also have to start school after that. i have band german four pysics pre calc brit lit and ap macro. so if you have any of those then you might have fun. this year is reain up to be the hardest one of high school i thihk im just gonna have to buckle down and just work through it. ok no funny quips or anything this time. see ya in three weeks. 11:29 pm	the fort of death and doom and destruction and bunnies and pillows that you get on airplanes and suc so this weel i embarked on a project that just needed doing. jordan's and my fort has fallen into heavy disrepair. so we did what any one would do. take everything out. torch most of it.. bug bomb the place and paint it pink and green. yep thats right pink and green. but its not like that stupid powdery prepy pink. oh no this is like hardcore phsycodellic pink. its pretty cool. plus were gonna grafitti it up a bit. then were gonna but the posters back up and the astro turf. so thats thatt we got a black light and a discoball. if you have any cool ideas give em here. 10:49 pm	warped tour...not! so today was the long awaited day of the summer. the day the warped tour comes to michagan. and although i planned and preparred, i still wasn't able to go. my dad wanted me to bail hay. it was not very fun. besides that i did chores all day.. so i was pretty ticked off. sorry for the bitching but it gets pretty funny here. so last night jordan put a whole lot of bees wax. i asked him how to get it out before we put it in. he said wash it 2 or 3 times. he ment wait 2 or 3 days. so i had to go to church with the worst bed hair in the world. so we have a new conservitive preist. he staired me down the whole mass with a look of pure "you have to die nowness". and it wont come out no matter how much i wash it. so now i have emo hair for a day or two. p.s. hobbo stuble sucks and itches at the same time. it is the devil. yet for all you ladie types im too lazy to shave every day. cuz oscarmeyer has a way with c.o.m.m.e.n.t s. 11:20 pm	i dunno.... so heres the big update of my life. my sceem didn't work. my sceems never work. i guess youd think id figure that out by now but i haven't. i guess im a tricksey sort of guy, like them hobbits.... 10:52 pm	im so cool look at me fun show so today i mowed the lawn and pitched an tent. then i ate a sandwhich (B.L.T) not the ham sandwhick. and after that i went on a bike ride and made up a song about being perfectly happy with the government. i mean there are enough songs by guys getting dumper. lets hear one about a happy man who loves his country. america fuck yeah! so there. then i went to drivers ed and scored a 97 on my test so thats cool. i went to big boys and got cheesy bread. then i went home and here i am. typing in my lj, or el j as meg calls it. el jay? i dont think so. i guess its if you were in mexico, or cuba. or if you Current Mood: pensive (Comment on this)

10:10 pm	gasoline + gun powder + me = fun time Ok so today was one of the funnest days ive had in a while. Jordan and i took some fireorks apart and saw what we could make. first we took the wick out of one andand wanted to see if wee could make a gas fuse. so we took the string fuse out and mad a line of gas from the carge to a few feet away. it burned but nothing ing happend. thinking back on it now we should probly have doused it with water but we didn't. so we let it burn and 5 minutes later i was working on a rocket and the old thing exploded. it didn't light ilike a fire work it went of all at once. holy shit it was loud. my ears rang for like a minute. after that we invented and rockt propelled pop can and a fattie that explodes when you light it. a duct tape charge, my version of a flash bang, and exploding styrofaom packaging that doesnt leave a trace. the styrofaom vaporizes. so thats about it. oh and we found a fun use for old wine bottles...heh heh heh. yeah im still feeling that one. if you have any fun ideas send them here and ill tell you how much it hurt afterwards and how much stuff caught fire -Dave Current Mood: Tee Hee.....mmmmmmmm fire (1 Comment |Comment on this)

8:42 pm	again ok so it just occurred to me that most people arent in band or just dont care, or just dont want to hear me bitch about it. so heres a happier reader friendly entry. SO today i had a ham sandwich and my god me thinkith it was the best sandwich that god hath ever wrought. No im serious. this was a good sand which. hamm lettuce pepperjack cheese and elekos salad dressing. my god it was fanastic. i had two. i also got an overwhelming response to grow out hobbo stuble. just so you guys know, its growing. and with that im off to eat another ham sandwich. if you want a sandwich then leave a comment then go make a sandwoch. you dont think id make you one did you? -Dave Current Mood: SANDWICH! 8:35 pm	stuff and more stuff ok so when i opened up the lj window it felt like i had alot to write about. But now that im writing i find out that i really dont. so bare withme on this. Ok most of you probly dont know that golf cart racers is dead. so just so you know it is. and from the ashes rose what ever the heck we are now. with two drummers, two basists, a synth, a sax and a trumpet, we arent fit to play any type of music knownnn to man yet. so paul set out to make a new type of music. and i dont like it. its like concert band. im already sick of concert band when im just playing now i have to organize it. erf i just want to play in a punkk emo band. is that so much to ask for. there isnt a good guitar singer in all of southlyonn that wants to play punk emo. what the pheezy man.so yeah thats about it. if you know a guitarist tell me please. yeah that about wraps it up. 11:07 pm	facial hair so today im in a crossroads in my life. i have enough facial hair to do somthing with it. But i dont know which. i have heard many suggestion but still dont know which way to go. so i ask you my dedicated or probly non-dedicated readers what do you think would be cool or sexy or just plain funny? lamb chops - my personal favorite goatee soul patch strait up beard rugged stubble (also known as the hobbo look) thats all i can think of i like the hobbo. 10:56 pm	some kind of crazy super coo-coo king ok, today im gonna make this update in less than 2 minutes. ready..... set....... GO!!!!!!!! ok so today i went to jordans and it was pretty fun. We took apart the black powder and made fuses for some stuff we are planning to explode in the next few days. Um meg was there for awhile and her pre menstral symptomm was talking. so thats that. then i booked it over to my house and went to drivers ed. we wayched three movies and i thought i fell aslep with my eyes open. but what ever i did i was fun. in a desperatly boring way. so hear i am. not doing nothing. but not really doing somthing. i shall call it derging. im totaly derging right now. so have some fun and derg with me. 12:07 am	god help me im so bored so yesterday i got real sick and slept a few extra hours thenn i woke up and felt fine and had some pizza.so this morning i felt kinda guilty cuz i didnt do anything yesturday and my doc told me to work out more. so this morning i rode my bike 14 miles. i was aiming for 20 but i ran out of time. man it was pertty today though. so after that i went to my uncles to have a fourth of july party but the fire works were yesturday. so this year i got no fire works. oh well i guess i'll have to make my own. so since it rained i went to my other uncles house and played wrestled with my 3 little cousins. i once read a comparitive anlisis on how many 7th graders a college student thought he coiuld beat up before being over taken. he said he could take 7 but i had a hard time with a 6, 7, and 8 year old! then againn they were visciuous. lots of biting and scratchiing and jumping on my fun parts. that wasnt so cool. but the wrestle thing is our way of playing so i guess its all good. i also saw my cousin born 4 months prematurely walk for the first time today! god it was sweet. he was like "screw this crawling thing i wanna walk". and he did. so that was really cool.and last of all i named my newly resurected drum set dionysos. greek god of wine fertility and drunken orgy! rock on! yep that about it. and the grand total for today is $3.99 pay at the door we take visa and cash or just a comment Dave- Current Mood: still orgasmic from the drums (1 Comment |Comment on this)

10:24 pm	drum set ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok and ok im done. so its been a while since last time but ive been busy so there. Latley ive started drivers ed seg one. band just too much time and there was never time to do it. im supprised how easy it is though. i almost fell asleep on the very first day. i got on the road though and i did pretty well. im also refaceing my drum. they used to be black but i took the playstick off and stained the wood. now they are burnt orange. i also put poly eurothane on them and it looks wet and shiny. god in the words on my friend they are organsmic. AAAAAAAAHHHHHH! yeah if you see them, they make you cry out. man this is a long entry, um the greatest jass band in the world golf cart racers just died. and it wasn't quick and painless either. some of the people suck so we might kick them out, another has work too much. the leader wants to make a new type off music i dont think its gonna work. buti might play for some guys how do say hy radio. www.sayhyradio.com and they are seriuos so thats cool. and last but not least erica's and jess's present is coming in handy and im actually schemming something. so there you. if you read all of that you get a coockie, or a cookie. whatever your prferance. the only thing is they are cyber coockie and cookie demos, so they wont last very long. peace leave a comment. go crazy let yourself run wild. think of my drums!
